 - Hanover Platinum LLC purchased Shader Industrial Park, a four warehouse building complex totaling 300,000 square feet from Orlando Shader Realty Associates $10.7 million.  Located in the Silver Star Industrial Area of Orlando, the project is 90% leased by multiple tenants.



 - BP Realty Holdings LLC purchased a 5.0 acre industrially zoned land parcel with a 5,000 square foot warehouse at 419 Landstreet Road from O.I.T. Inc. for $1,290,000.


 - Connie C. Carpenter and Florida Cracker Investments Partnership sold their 1315 acre cattle ranch in Alachua and Putnam Counties to RGS Realty LLC for $4,850,000.

Signature Systems Group leased the 91,330 square foot warehouse space at 350 Central Florida Parkway in Regency Industrial Park for 11 years, from Realty Associates Fund VII.
