 - Represented Robert A. McCormick in his purchase of 10.01 acres of industrially zoned land, zoned I-1/I-5,           at 11699 Airport Park Drive, Orlando from Meeks Forestras Two LLC for $2,625,000.

 - Represented Blue Land Group LLC in it's sale of 17.93 acres of industrially zoned land, zoned I-P, at 9197         Boggy Creek Road, Orlando to La Rua Development LLC for $2,600,000.

- Represented the landlord, Eastern Sleep-Poinciana LLC in its lease of 70,000 square feet of warehouse space           for 10 years in Poinciana Office and Industrial Park.

 - Liberty Tool and Die Inc. purchased the 6,750 square foot warehouse at 2650 Pemberton Drive, Apopka from       the Fred Kaufmann Trust for $550,000.

 - CF Commercial Property purchased the 10,000 square foot warehouse at 2642 Floral Avenue, Apopka from            AA Benison LLC for $620,000.  The property was 100% leased and was purchased as an investment property.

 - Box4World, Inc. leased the 22,000 square foot warehouse space at 10895 Rocket Blvd. in Regency Industrial     Park for 5 years from Rutland International, Inc.

 - Chris Cowart Properties, LLC purchased five warehouse buildings totaling 50,500 square feet on 19.89 acres           at 2320 N. Orange Blossom Trail from Valentine Equities LLC for $2,800,000.

 - ABC Supply Company, Inc. purchased 132,000 of warehouse space in three buildings on 7.59 acres at 3362            All American Blvd. for $5,025.00.

 - Hanover Taft Ventures purchased the 15,151 square foot warehouse on 4.82 acres at 605 Taft Vineland Road     from J and W LLC for $1,475,000.

 - Dusobox Corporation expanded their lease to 140,400 square feet with Beeline Distribution Center at 2501 Investors Row for 10 years.

 - BP Realty Holdings LLC purchased a 5.0 acre industrially zoned land parcel with a 5,000 square foot warehouse      at 419 Landstreet Road from O.I.T. Inc. for $1,290,000.

 - Connie C. Carpenter and Florida Cracker Investments Partnership sold their 1315 acre cattle ranch in Alachua      and Putnam Counties to RGS Realty LLC for $4,850,000.

 - Waste Pro of Central Florida LLC purchased the 30,000 square foot warehouse on 4.5 acres of land at 1400 S. Orange Blossom Trail from Kosmo Land Trust LLC for $1,350,000.

 - Eastern Sleep leased 70,000 square feet to CHEP USA at 5000 Mercantile Lane, Kissimmee .
